Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
1 package of ground turkey breast
1 egg
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1/4 quarter cup of riced broccoli
1/4 cup onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced or 1 tb. of garlic paste
2 tb. olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and using a fork, mix together.
Shape into 4 patties, each about 1/2 inch thick.
In a pan, heat oil at medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
Place the patties in the pan and cook for 5 minutes on each side.
