Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 package of ground turkey breast

  • 1 egg 

  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots

  • 1/4 quarter cup of riced broccoli

  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped 

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced or 1 tb. of garlic paste

  • 2 tb. olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and using a fork, mix together. 

  2. Shape into 4 patties, each about 1/2 inch thick.

  3. In a pan, heat oil at medium heat for 1-2 minutes. 

  4. Place the patties in the pan and cook for 5 minutes on each side. 

  5. Serve and Enjoy!
