Turkey Cauli Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 pound package of organic ground turkey

  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped  (I buy it pre-chopped to save time)

  • 1 cup of cauliflower rice 

  • 1 cup of tomato sauce (I used the Rao's)

  • 1 cup Chicken Bone Broth ( I used the Kettle and Fire Brand)

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 tsp of the following spices: Cumin, Tumeric, Paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Turn the stovetop to medium heat.  In a large pot, Add the olive oil, turkey, onion and garlic. 

  2. Sauté until browned, about 8-9 minutes more. 

  3. Add the cauliflower rice and saute for another few minutes.

  4. Add the tomato sauce, bone broth and spices & stir together. 

  5. Bring to a boil, then turn the heat to medium-low.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
