Turkey Cauli Chili

Ingredients
1 pound package of organic ground turkey
1/2 cup red onion, chopped (I buy it pre-chopped to save time)
1 cup of cauliflower rice
1 cup of tomato sauce (I used the Rao's)
1 cup Chicken Bone Broth ( I used the Kettle and Fire Brand)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp of the following spices: Cumin, Tumeric, Paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Turn the stovetop to medium heat. In a large pot, Add the olive oil, turkey, onion and garlic.
Sauté until browned, about 8-9 minutes more.
Add the cauliflower rice and saute for another few minutes.
Add the tomato sauce, bone broth and spices & stir together.
Bring to a boil, then turn the heat to medium-low.
Serve and enjoy!
