Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of parsley

  • 1 bunch of cilantro

  • 5 cloves of garlic, peeled

  • 1/2 cup of water

  • 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive 

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

  • 1 tsp. cumin

  • salt and pepper to taste 

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.

Notes

A pistou can be used in a variety of ways. It can be used as a marinade, a dip for veggies or chips or a sauce for pasta or zucchini noodles.
