Every clients needs are different, and I will conduct an extensive intake to understand the best way to approach your weight loss and wellness goals. Here’s my 3-prong approach:
Nutrition Counseling
We will review your current diet and make modifications as necessary.
Looking at dietary trends, ranging from anti-inflammatory diets to gut-healing diets such as Low FODMAP, I will recommend the best options for you and your body.
I have a wide variety of dietary tools that will help you make changes to your diet—including food substitutions, meal planning software, and recipe guides.
Most importantly, I will provide you with support and accountability to help you meet your nutrition goals.
Lifestyle Modifications
Since wellness does not happen in a bubble, long-term success will depend on looking holistically at your lifestyle.
Together, we will look at lifestyle factors such as stress, sleep hygiene, and environment, and come up with the best way to maximize each area of your lifestyle.
These changes don’t have to be monumental. Small tweaks in a few different areas of your life can make a huge difference to your health.
I will help you implement simple strategies to improve your lifestyle that will have lasting effects on your health.
Functional Lab Testing
Functional lab tests look at the foundational systems that are at the heart of most illness—including the gut, adrenal, immune, detoxification and hormone systems in your body.
Clients often come to me frustrated that their doctors have told them that their lab work is "normal" or after a series of rounds of conventional medication that keeps landing them in the same spot or worse than before.
I use a wide variety of functional lab tests to get to the root cause of your health concerns.

Diagnostic Solutions - GI Map
The GI-MAP™ (GI-Microbial Assay Plus) test is the first comprehensive stool analysis to include an FDA-approved DNA/PCR assay for GI pathogens. GI-MAP™ is the gold standard in gut testing because it get to the root cause of gut issues by evaluating:

The Oxford Biomedical Technologies MRT LEAP 170 screens for hidden inflammatory responses to 170 different foods and food-chemicals.
Dutch Test
The DUTCH gives insight into energy and stress levels by looking at adrenal health markers (cortistol/DHEA) and hormonal imbalances that could result in: perimenopause, fatigue, low libido, PMS, mood swings, weight gain and depression.
SpectraCell Micronutrient Panel
SpectraCell’s Micronutrient test provides the most comprehensive nutritional analysis available by measuring functional deficiencies at the cellular level. Using functional lab testing and my 3-prong approach of: 1) nutrition counseling, 2) functional lab testing, and 3) lifestyle modifications, we will address the root causes of your energy, mood, weight, and digestive issues.

One-on-One Sessions: 9 sessions total (8 with me and 1 with therapist) that are conducted online for your convenience.
Customized Nutrition Plan: A full body composition reading, custom eating plan with food substitutes, and review of your food log.
Functional Lab Review and Recommendations: Comprehensive review of functional lab tests and supplement protocols. You will also get a 10% discount on supplements ordered from my recommended supplement partner. (Note: You will pay for each functional lab test directly and I will review and interpret your results for you.)
Tailored Lifestyle Recommendations and Education: Topics include optimizing hormone health and lifestyle factors such as sleep hygiene, exercise, and stress reduction.
Targeted Therapy: A 90-minute deep dive session with a top hypnotherapist in the field to address any underlying emotional eating or food related psychology to address and keep the weight off.
