Maple Mustard Salmon

Ingredients
2 (5 – ounce) salmon filets
1 tb. maple syrup
1 tb. dijon mustard
2 cloves of minced garlic or 1 tb. garlic paste
2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a cooking bowl, whisk together maple syrup, mustard, garlic, olive oil and salt and pepper.
Add salmon filets and let marinade for a minimum of 30 minutes and up to 2 hours if possible.
Place salmon in a foil wrapped cooking sheet and place in the oven at a temperature of 425 degrees.
Remove from the oven, let cool, and serve!
