No Mayo Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna in olive oil (drained)

  • 1 tb. celery (chopped)

  • 1 tb. red onion (chopped)

  • 1 tsp. dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

  • 1 tsp. capers

  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Pour the tuna in a small mixing bowl. Use a fork to break the tuna chunks into very small pieces

  2. Add the capers, celery, onions, mustard and lemon juice. Use the fork to stir all the ingredients together until well mixed.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
