Oven Roasted Cruciferous Vegetables

Ingredients
1 bag of broccoli florets
1 bag of cauliflower florets
1 bag of brussel sprouts
1tb. lemon juice
1 tb. honey
½ tb. turmeric
2 cloves of garlic minced or 1 tb. garlic paste
½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a cooking bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, turmeric and salt and pepper.
Coat brussel sprouts, broccoli and cauliflower with mixture.
Place on a cooking sheet and place in the oven at a temperature of 425 degrees.
Let roast for 30 minutes, remove and let cool.
