Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 Organic Chicken Thighs

  • 4 Tb. Coconut Aminos

  • 2 Tb. Olive Oil

  • 1 Tb. Honey (or Maple Syrup if Low FODMAP)

  • 1 Tb. Rice Wine Vinegar

  • 1 Tsp. Garlic Paste (or minced garlic)

  • 1 Tsp. Ginger Paste (or grated ginger)

Directions

  1. Whisk together all the ingredients listed above and pour over chicken thighs. 

  2. Place in the refrigerator and let marinate for 1 hour. 

  3. In a non-stick cooking pan, turn the heat up to a medium high. Add thighs to the pan. 

  4. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until chicken is fully cooked and begins to caramelize. 

  5. Remove from heat. Serve with rice and green beans. 

Notes

Air Fryer Tip: These can also be made in the air fryer and they are super delicious that way!
