Oven Roasted Cruciferous Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of broccoli florets

  • 1 bag of cauliflower florets

  • 1 bag of brussel sprouts

  • 1tb. lemon juice

  • 1 tb. honey

  • ½ tb. turmeric

  • 2 cloves of garlic minced or 1 tb. garlic paste

  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. In a cooking bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, turmeric and salt and pepper.

  3. Coat brussel sprouts, broccoli and cauliflower with mixture.

  4. Place on a cooking sheet and place in the oven at a temperature of 425 degrees.

  5. Let roast for 30 minutes, remove and let cool.
