Annie's Anti-Aging Salad

Ingredients
1 cup of spinach (chopped)
1 cup of cucumbers (chopped)
1 cup of beets (chopped)
1/2 cup of shredded carrots
1/4 cup of walnuts
1/4 cup roasted garbanzo beans (I used the ones from Saffron Road)
1/2 medium avocado
Directions
Chop spinach, cucumbers, beets and place in a large bowl.
Add shredded carrots, garbanzo beans and avocado.
Toss with your favorite salad dressing (I used olive oil and apple cider vinegar). Serve and enjoy!
