"Cheesy" Kale Chips

I would highly recommend purchasing bagged and pre-washed Kale to save time!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups curly green kale (bagged and destemmed)

  • 2 Tb. Olive Oil Spray

  • 1 Tb. Nutritional Yeast

  • Himalayan Pink Salt to Taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Rinse and dry kale.

  3. Spead evenly over a cooking sheet ensuring that kale pieces don't touch each other. 

  4. Use olive oil spray to evenly coat all kale pieces. 

  5. Sprinkle nutritional yeast and salt over the entire tray of kale. 

  6. Roast in the oven for 6-7 minutes. 

  7. Serve and enjoy!
