·        3-4 cubes ice

·        ½ cup of water

·        ½ cup coconut or almond milk

·        ½ ripe banana

·        2 tablespoons scoops collagen peptides (I love the Further Foodsor Vital Proteins Brands)

·        1 tablespoon cocoa powder

·        1 teaspoon cinnamon

·        1 tablespoon monkfruit maple syrup (I like the Lakanto brand)

Directions

Blend ingredients on high and enjoy!

This smoothie is Low FODMAP friendly and the collagen has gut healing benefits!
