Ingredients

·        1 cup of water

·        ¼ cup hemp milk

·        1.5 scoops vanilla protein of choice

·        ½  cup of greens (i.e. kale or spinach)

·        ¼ cup blueberries

·         ½  of a medium avocado

·        3-4 cubes of ice

·        Optional: A scoop of a superfood powder (i.e. Green Vibrance)

Directions

Blend ingredients on high and serve!
