Herb and Garlic Grilled Chicken

As meal prep for the week, I grill a bunch of chicken breasts on Sunday which we add to salads, tacos or sandwiches. I have found two ingredients that make grilling chicken breasts super easy, versatile and flavorful. See the recipe below and enjoy!

Ingredients

• 4 - 4 ounces chicken breasts

• 1 tsp. Braggs 24 herbs and spices seasoning 

• 1 tb. Trader Joe’s garlic spread 

• 2 tb. Olive oil 

Directions

1. Coat the chicken breast with garlic spread, herb mix and 1 Tb. of olive oil. 

2. In a large nonstick pan add 1 tb. of olive oil and let it heat up on medium heat for one minute.

3. Add the chicken breasts to the pan and let cook for approximately five minutes on each side or until fully cooked. 

4. Remove from heat and enjoy!
