Warming Vanilla Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk 

  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder 

  • 1 Tb. of chia seeds 

  • 1/8 Tsp. of cinnamon

  • 1 scoop of collagen peptides (optional)

Directions

  1. Over a medium flame, in a small pot, add all the ingredients and stir with a wooden spoon slowly for about 3 minutes until the chia seeds start  to soften. 

  2. Serve and enjoy!
