Grilled Chicken Arugula Salad

Ingredients
Salad
4 cups of Baby Arugula
2 Grilled Chicken Breasts - Chopped
1/2 cup Blackberries, halved
1 Avocado, chopped
1/2 cup Macadamia Nuts
1 cup of Quinoa
Dressing
1/8 cup Olive Oil
1 Tb Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tb Lemon Juice
1 Tb Maple Syrup or Liquid Stevia
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
In a large bowl, toss all the salad ingredients together.
In a small bowl, whisk all the dressing ingredients together.
Pour dressing over salad, toss and serve!
